An interview with Mike Lemming
Strake Jesuit is a great school that is renown for turning young men into great role models, as well as leaders. In the senior class of 2005, many young men fit the criteria above.

UIL creates new difficulties for Jesuit on the field and in the classroom
Jesuit has just entered the UIL, and in nearly every sport we’re up against a level of competition like nothing we’ve ever faced before. While some are relishing this new opportunity to compete with the best, others are cringing at what they see as the beginning of an inevitable losing streak.

Jesuit's new stadium is just the beginning
As the new school year is getting underway, most students will notice the newest building edition to our school’s athletic facilities.
Strake Jesuit is now the home to a brand new, state of the art stadium, which boasts seating for 5,000, field turf, a new press box, storage facilities, and plenty of new bathrooms.

New Intramural system promises more excitement and competition
A new intramural season is starting, and this year, homeroom pride along with an eternal place in Strake Jesuit history is on the line. The newly created Father Leininger Jesuit Excellence Award trophy will be inscribed each year with the senior homeroom that wins the Intramural Sweepstakes.

New season for SJ Water Polo team
A new school year is here, and so is a new season for the Strake Jesuit Water Polo team. This year, the team still faces the same difficult schedule, along with many other obstacles in the way. This group is much younger after only seven of last year’s juniors came to fill the shoes of last years thirteen seniors, and as a result, they are less experienced and still getting used to each other.
